We are looking for a developer specializing in agents based on large language models (LLM) to join an R&D team dedicated to the application of AI in natural language processing and computer vision. This position is part of the Networks and Telecommunications Products division. Responsibilities • Design a next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) agent capable of operating bilingually (Chinese/English). • Integrate advanced features such as automated reception, intelligent call routing, and smart customer service. • Deploy this agent within the private IP-based telephone switch, the flagship product currently promoted by the company. • Optional Assignments: ◦ Develop bilingual SLMs intended for use in embedded systems. ◦ Design SLMs for vision applications to integrate into an intelligent surveillance camera system. Required Skills and Experience • Conversational Agent Development: Experience in developing and optimizing advanced AI agents. • Enhancing Language Models through Fine-Tuning: Ability to integrate tools or functions that enrich the capabilities of LLMs. • IoT Integration: Experience interfacing LLMs with IoT devices to enable intelligent interactions. Assets • Advanced Proficiency with Agent Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise in using frameworks such as LangChain, Rasa, and HuggingFace Smolagents, and leveraging them to develop innovative solutions. • Industrial Deployment Experience with LLMs: Proven track record in implementing and industrializing large-scale language models, ensuring performance and robustness in professional environments. • Additional Assets: Familiarity with reinforcement learning or expertise in Mixture of Experts will be considered a significant advantage, enhancing your ability to innovate in ambitious projects.
