Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance • Ensure full compliance with Taiwan food regulations and applicable international food safety standards. • Liaise with government authorities for inspections, audits, and official communications. • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely internal implementation. Plant & Production QA Support • Oversee QA activities at Zhongli plant, including daily quality control, documentation, and internal audits. • Support production teams in identifying and resolving quality and food safety risks. Supplier, OEM & Contract Manufacturer QA Management • Manage and monitor quality performance of raw material suppliers, OEMs, and contract manufacturers. • Conduct supplier and OEM audits, follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Coordinate with Vietnam plant QA for regional alignment and risk management. Audit & Inspection Management • Plan, coordinate, and participate in internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits. • Ensure timely closure and effectiveness verification of CAPA. 3rd Party Laboratory & Testing Management • Coordinate product and environmental testing with accredited third-party laboratories. • Review test results, assess risks, and initiate follow-up actions when required. Product Quality & Risk Management • Support new product development (NPD) and new raw material qualification from a QA and food safety perspective. • Assess quality risks related to new business models, suppliers, or processing methods. Customer Complaints & Quality Incidents • Investigate customer complaints and quality incidents. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Routine QA Operations • Maintain QA documentation, specifications, and records. • Perform daily QA operational tasks and internal follow-ups. Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, and Regional QA teams. • Support management-driven or cross-functional ad-hoc assignments.

1.定期檢視風險監控指標達成狀況，及時提出風險預警； 2.分析及監控觀察指標變化及趨勢，提出風險改善建議； 3.檢視異常案件並記錄風險事件，以彙整風險樣態提報； 4.導入合適風險分析工具，以辨識並提報新型風險因子； 5.輔導子公司導入風險分析工具及表報，以利經驗傳承。
