本職缺為 本社團法人台灣展賦協會(以下簡稱本會)【展賦教育 】師培系統之一環，其中包括自由見習3天、第一階段師培160小時、以及第二階三個月，在師培結束後則經考評及格，邀請應徵者擔任正式職務。 (一)見習3天階段：應徵者可自由進入本會經營之教學現場，自由參觀並在適當的情境下與老師、學生、或家長交換意見 。見習的時數每天至少6小時，但是3天可以自由選擇，可以不必連續 ，每天請繳交見習心得，本會相關人員會精確回應此一心得報告。應徵者藉此機會可以在大略了解職缺狀況下 ，決定是否接受下一階段的培訓。 (二)第一階段160小時師培：由本會專案規劃應徵人員接受展賦教師基礎培訓， 每小時收取培訓費50元， 全階段160小時合計8000元。 第一階段結束經考評及格會授予「初階培訓」證書，並邀請進入第二階段資培訓。 (三)第二階段(三個月)：進入「試用培訓階段」，由本會安排應徵者擔任適當職位，並提供公立學校該階段代理教師薪資之6成為本職缺試用期間薪資。第二階段試用培訓結束經考評及格，本會將邀請應徵者是否有意擔任正式職務， 一年一聘，薪資則調整為一般公立學校代理教師之8成薪。 展賦教育為本會創辦人開發之教育系統，涵蓋學生「天賦開展及性格調育」 兩大工作主軸，應徵者在相對應的培訓階段，會接受本會培訓專員指定之上述相關工作。 (四)正式教師工作內容 1.師生比約1:10，一週上課五個全天，週休二日，此外也需配合行動學習時間，並視情況至國內外出差。 2.需理解並依循展賦教育理念及教育系統，設計並落實主題式行動學習課程、DBL(動能導向學習)、工具學科課程、家族課程、多元課程。 3.展賦教育重視學生個別發展，需透過大量近身觀察與學生對話，協助學生覺察及認識自我。 4.每週至少一次教師會議，與教師團隊討論學生身心及學習狀態，進行學生輔導策略討論、課程討論、備課、教學記錄、教師能力培訓等。 5.展賦教育重視家庭教育，積極協助每個家庭操用適宜之教養方式，故需定期與家長面談。 6.需與家長團隊共同負擔行政工作。 7.與整個展賦教育團隊協同合作，例如提供展賦週刊稿件、相關活動參與等。
