Our HR Department in Taipei location is looking for a HRBP
Your Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for GHR, Regional/ Local Leadership Team and Senior Managers in the respective business area to drive and deliver high value HR support on organizational design maximizing organizational effectiveness, improve performance and ensuring compliance.
• Accountable for implementing a cohesive, coherent HR process and plan for the respective business area where the subsequent solutions and actions are aligned with the business strategy.
• Lead organization design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands.
• Work closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost and provide expert advice on the structure of compensation & benefits and workforce planning.
• Lead and manage the performance management process through facilitation of the goal setting process within the function.
• Coach business leaders on leadership behaviours and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
• Ensure best-in-class processes are applied in the business as Workforce Planning, Recruitment & Talent, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
• Initiate, drive and deliver projects on variety of subjects and strategic issues to meet the needs of changing organizations.
• Responsible for candidate selection (screening, interviews, contact offers) and drive on boarding process to ensure smooth and quick integration to the company for senior management and above positions.
• Accountable for a specific Centre of Excellence. Work with the designated functional HR lead to create and execute a lifecycle approach to the processes.
• Provide input and feedback to the HR Service Centre to support continuous improvement of processes.
• Support with deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating and executing implementation actions within the respective business area.
• For their area of accountability and for their teams ensure compliance at all times for personal data handling, transferring, storing, archiving and processing.
Your ideal profile:
• Broad generalist HR experience gained across a variety of businesses, markets, cultures
• Operational & Strategic HR experience / Regional & Headquarter HR experience would be a plus
• Technical skills:
• HR professional knowledge in general C&B, Labor Law and Recruitment, Performance Management
• IT proficiency: Computer literate, Microsoft Office
• Other skills: good interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Delivering against operational and strategic business priorities, handle operational HR activities on a large scale
• Ability to anticipate, identify, diagnose and resolve employee issues affecting business performance
• Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization
• Familiar with Labor regulations.
