This Final Test Engineer position primary responsibility is to provide local and remote support of beam optics commissioning and related work for a list of global customers. What you will do Sales Support Engineer role will be enable sales organization to achieve the yearly business plan by increase hit rate in opportunities by marketing, training , opportunity planning , marketing intelligence (Competitor information ,Activities) etc. How you will do it  Early engagement with stakeholders to understand their pipeline and populate into company CRM system for tracking purpose.  Mapping all the stake holders (Design house/Consultants/End user/Contractors etc.) and keep a good rapport and relationship with them.  Identify major jobs (Value wise/Product wise) at conceptualization stage itself / engage ourselves with decision makers and have special focus on those to have JCI product specifications / favorable configuration etc. in the tender.  Coordinate with sales team whenever & wherever necessary once the tender is out with the right technical inputs /feedbacks etc.  Breaking competition accounts thru continuous engagement / sharing of right information / showcasing our abilities(Able to conduct Lunch & Share session to target customer)  Study product knowledge and company working procedure, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry.  Getting feedback from the market and give inputs to management on issues affecting customer satisfaction levels ( be a part of the process if it helps to increase the Customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams ).To be a preferred person to consultants & customers for any information of JCI product and service.
