- Manage major account which includes approaching new accounts and maintain existing assigned accounts. - Providing consulting service, making proper proposal to select suitable robot models and ROI analysis. - Familiar with automation industry vertical supply chain stakeholders. - Making quotation by verifying competitor‘s offer, order tracking, delivery management and problem shooting. - Obtaining customer‘s annual strategy, annual capital expenditure and production capacity versus sales demand to judge capacity expansion potential. - Coordinating technical and after service resource to meet customers‘ equipment build and after service needs.
