Sustainability Development and Planning Specialist(Mexico)

1.Bachelor‘s Degree (or higher), preferably in one of the following related disciplines: Environmental Science or Engineering Sustainability-related majors International Relations or Global Management: Focus on intercultural communication and international cooperation Business Management or Economics: With a focus on ESG investment and financial analysis Law: Especially Environmental Law, Corporate Social Responsibility Law, or International Law, to understand global ESG compliance. 2.Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese, with proficiency in listening, reading, and writing, and able to use them as working languages; 3.Extensive professional knowledge and practical experience in the field of sustainability; 4.Strategic planning and efficient execution capabilities; 5.Risk management skills or experience; 6.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, outstanding organizational and project management abilities. 7.Over 10 years of experience in EHS/HR, ESG/CSR, RBA audits, or project management, with experience in the Americas or manufacturing industry preferred; 8.Experience collaborating with government agencies and NGOs to advance sustainability projects (preferred); 9.Practical experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies in ESG projects (optional); 10.Experience in crisis management and rapid response in a global context; 11.Proven track record of leading multinational teams to achieve project goals; 12.Familiar with the ESG investment environment and regulatory requirements of target countries (preferred).
