Account Manager(土城/新竹)

1. Customer‘s contact during mass volume life of a product - For any issue, whether fulfillment, quality or other, excluding sales/POs 2. Project management - Leading external and internal projects of different topics related to operations, efficiency/excellence, process improvement, systems, financials and more 3. Quality issues - Bridges, monitors and secures solutions of raised quality issues by customers, between customer and quality team. 4. AP/AR - Responsible to secure payments from customers and paid invoices to vendors on time and in full 5. Contracts management and support of RFQ/RFP/RFI - Leads contracts‘ negotiations till closure, both externally (customers and vendors) and internally (e.g. Legal Dept.)
