IP Counsel

1. 擔任公司智權部門的法律顧問；針對智慧財產權相關法律問題提供諮詢，包括資產管理、爭議處理和訴訟。 2. 在複雜的專利訴訟和糾紛中擔任主要聯繫人並制定降低風險和解決爭端的方案。 3. 在推動全球智權策略與目標時需與跨部門團隊密切合作，包括工程、財務、業務等部門。 1. Serve as legal counsel for company’s IP division; provide counseling on all aspects of IP related legal issues including asset management, dispute resolution and litigation. 2. Serve as main point of contact and manage all day to day activities in complex patent litigation and pre-litigation disputes; partner with outside counsel to take an active role in dispute management; develop practical approaches to mitigating risks and resolving disputes. 3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, business and other corporate functions in driving global IP goals and strategies.
