Experience Cloud、 CRM AI Assistant等開發暨維護 4. 生產計劃系統開發： 產能預測、智慧工廠等系統開發暨維護 •MES系統: 1. 推動數位轉型，協助國內外工廠智慧工廠系統導入與上線支援， MES 系統分析、開發與建置 2. 負責大數據分析與 AI 平台建立，掌握關鍵技術推廣 •資安: 1. 負責資安相關系統建置與維運，資安網頁管理 2. 運用數據分析並優化資安偵測機制，強化企業安全管控 • AI 1. R&D and Application of Emerging Technologies: Research and implement technologies including Image Recognition, Machine Learning, and Big Data. 2. Operations Information System Development: Development and maintenance of Intelligent Supply Chains and Turnkey Integration. 3. Customer Information System Development: Development and maintenance of Customer B2B Services, Customer Experience Cloud, and CRM AI Assistants. 4. Production Planning System Development: Development and maintenance of Capacity Forecasting and Smart Factory systems. • MES System 1. Drive digital transformation and support the implementation and go-live of Smart Factory systems for domestic and overseas plants; perform MES system analysis, development, and deployment. 2. Responsible for establishing Big Data analytics and AI platforms while promoting core technical expertise. • Cybersecurity 1. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of cybersecurity systems and security web management. 2. Utilize data analytics to optimize cybersecurity detection mechanisms and strengthen enterprise security controls.
