• Review, coordinate, and communicate/translate product or testing requirements between BMC USA teams and suppliers. • Review technical documents (e.g., drawings, certifications, testing reports) and samples from both Novi and suppliers, providing technical guidance as needed. • Work directly with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and updated regulations are followed. • Support root-cause analysis during ISIR and NCMR validation, aligning solutions and improvement requirements across the U.S. team and suppliers. • Support and recommend opportunities for NPD, TCP, and VAVE initiatives. • Execute packaging ISIR processes when required. • Support evaluations of process procedures, work instructions, and test procedures. • Coordinate with third‑party testing labs and communicate testing requirements.
