DHL集團是全球物流產業的領導者，其中DHL Express在國際快遞領域中全球市占率第一，以金黃色的速度並致力於永續發展，在全球超過220個國家與地區提供客戶最完善的綠色快遞服務，連結人群、改善生活 (Connecting People, Improving Lives)！ 主要職責： • 網路管理： 負責Country IT基礎設施（網路、電信、機房）的營運與技術支援。 • 專案規劃執行： 發起並執行各項技術專案，推動網路服務的建置與升級。 • 問題升級處理： 協調並解決所有與網路服務及電信相關的重大技術問題。 • 資產管理與合規： 執行年度設備汰換計畫，並確保路由器、交換器、防火牆、資安系統與語音設備等硬體符合公司標準與規範。 • 廠商與預算管理： 審核每月電信費用及合約合理性，並擔任ITS與供應商之間的協調橋梁，確保服務水準（SLA）達標。 Key Responsibilities: • Network Management: Manage and support country IT infrastructure, including networks, telecom, and data centers. • Project Lifecycle: Initiate, plan, and implement technical programs to drive network modernization. • Problem Resolution: Act as the escalation point for network services and telecoms related issues. • Asset & Compliance: Manage the annual equipment refresh cycle and ensure compliance with hardware standards and policies for routers, switches, firewalls, security devices, and voice equipment. • Cost Excellence & Vendor Management: Validate monthly telecom expenses, review contracts for right-sizing, and coordinate between ITS and vendors to ensure strict SLA. 技能需求： • 必須熟悉 Cisco 與 Fortinet 網路設備 • 熟悉整合通訊解決方案（Teams）以及客服中心雲端電話系統維運（Genesys Cloud） • 具備資訊安全技術與 ISO 27001 等國際標準經驗者佳 • 具備 SD-WAN、雲端服務（AWS / Azure / GCP）及 Zscaler 相關經驗者為佳 • Must be familiar with Cisco and Fortinet network devices. • Familiar with Unified Communication solution (Teams) and IP telephony for call center operations (Genesys Cloud). • Preferably be familiar with information security technology and standard (such as ISO 27001). • Experience in SD-WAN, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services and Zscaler will be a plus.
