IT Security Manager(土城/高雄)

1.Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures. 2.Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring of network, endpoint, and cloud environments. 3.Administer and optimize enterprise security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, IAM, and intrusion prevention systems. 4.Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to support threat detection, incident response, and compliance monitoring. 5.Lead security incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation efforts. 6.Conduct internal cybersecurity audits across sites and ensure remediation of identified gaps. 7.Support IT audits conducted by key customers and provide required evidence and documentation. 8.Support regulatory compliance efforts and alignment with industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). 9.Partner with IT, OT, and business units to integrate security requirements into projects and operations. 10.Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and drive remediation activities. 11.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. 12.Deliver security awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the organization.
