職缺描述
1.跨境投資、公司及商務法律及合約協商及撰擬 Cross-border Investment, Corporate & Commercial Contracts -負責集團於電線電纜、不鏽鋼及金屬資源產業鏈之跨境投資、商務交易、合約管理及法律風險控管，並提供各部門營運所需之法律諮詢。 -Responsible for legal structuring, commercial transactions, contract management, and legal risk control across the Group’s wire & cable, stainless steel, and metal resource businesses, while providing legal support and advice to internal departments. 2.台灣、國外及跨境法遵及風險預防 Compliance & Risk Prevention (Taiwan & Global Operations) -建立並維護集團全球法遵與風險管理制度（涵蓋製造、貿易及海外據點） -Establish and maintain global compliance and risk management systems across manufacturing, trading, and overseas operations. 3.跨國爭議、仲裁、訴訟案件處理 Cross-border Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Litigation -處理集團全球營運相關之重大商業爭議與法律訴訟案件 -Manage major international commercial disputes and litigation arising from global operations. 4.公司治理與跨境法務策略（上市公司及外國關聯企業） Corporate Governance & Cross-border Legal Strategy (Listed Company & Foreign Affiliates) -支援上市公司及其國外關聯企業之公司治理運作、董事會決策及跨境法務策略規劃，以確保集團全球營運之合規性、一致性與風險控管效能。 -Support corporate governance, board-level decision-making, and cross-border legal strategy for the listed company and its foreign affiliates, ensuring compliance, consistency, and effective risk governance across global operations.
