優旺機械股份有限公司簡介 優旺機械股份有限公司成立於1989年3月，專業研發、製造木工圓鋸機及刨木機，致力於提供高品質、高性能的木工機械設備，深受國內外客戶肯定。 公司創立初期位於台中市西屯路二段287巷，為因應業務持續成長與產能擴充需求，於1994年遷至現址。現今廠區占地約1,200坪，建築面積約1,300坪，擁有50位專業員工，實收資本額新台幣1,500萬元。 本公司產品以外銷為主，主要市場涵蓋美國與加拿大，並銷售至澳洲、紐西蘭及東南亞等國家。所有產品均通過美國及加拿大CSA安全認證，符合國際安全標準，品質深受海外客戶信賴。在全體同仁共同努力下，公司曾創下單一機種年產量9,000台、年營業額突破新台幣億元的優異成績。 為提供更完善的產品與服務，公司組織由董事長領導，下設業務部、管理部、廠務部及開發部四大部門，各部門密切合作，持續提升企業競爭力與營運效率。 優旺機械始終秉持「品質第一、技術創新、合理價格、顧客滿意」的經營理念，持續精進工廠管理制度與品質管理流程。公司於1989年導入ISO 9002品質管理系統，並於2004年成功升級取得ISO 9001品質管理系統認證，展現對品質管理的高度承諾。 多年來，本公司持續投入研發資源，不斷提升木工圓鋸機與刨木機的加工精度、耐用性及操作性能，以堅強的研發實力與穩定的產品品質，協助客戶提升市場競爭力，並建立長期互信的合作關係。未來，優旺機械將持續以專業、創新與品質為核心，提供全球客戶更優質的木工機械解決方案。 You Wang Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in March 1989 and specializes in the design, development, and manufacture of woodworking circular saws and planers. With decades of industry experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality, high-performance woodworking machinery to customers worldwide. The company was originally located on Section 2, Xitun Road in Taichung, Taiwan. To accommodate continued business growth and expanding production capacity, we relocated to our current facility in 1994. Today, our manufacturing plant occupies approximately 1,200 ping of land with a total building area of 1,300 ping. We employ around 50 dedicated professionals and have a paid-in capital of NT$15 million. Our products are primarily exported to the United States and Canada, with additional sales to Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asian countries. All of our products have obtained CSA (Canadian Standards Association) safety certification, meeting the stringent safety requirements of both the United States and Canada. Through the collective efforts of our entire team, we have achieved an annual production capacity of 9,000 units for a single machine model and annual sales exceeding NT$100 million. Our organizational structure consists of four major departments under the leadership of the Chairman: Sales, Administration, Manufacturing, and Research & Development. Working together, these departments ensure efficient operations, continuous innovation, and excellent customer service.
