1.Lead Server System / FATP NPI projects with focus on test-related feasibility analysis, including capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, and automation. 2.Perform system-level testing for server products, including Linux-based testing, burn-in testing, and diagnostic tool utilization. 3.Develop and maintain test fixtures, test scripts, and test plans to support NPI and mass production. 4.Set up, optimize, and ramp system testing stations and processes for NPI and mass production. 5.Create test SOPs and standard documentation, and deliver training to testing and production personnel. 6.Lead test issue analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution. 7.Work closely with Production and Quality teams to improve test yield, stability, and overall manufacturing performance. 8.Validate and implement ECN/ECR for firmware and hardware changes related to testing. 9.Drive test process optimization, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

1.Lead Server System / FATP NPI projects, including feasibility analysis and evaluation of layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, and automation. 2.Own system and mechanical integration, including BOM validation, cable routing, and system-level design reviews. 3.Execute and validate server system builds to ensure design for manufacturing and mass production readiness. 4.Set up, optimize, and ramp System assembly lines for NPI and mass production. 5.Develop SOPs and standard documentation, and conduct training for production line operators. 6.Lead system-level issue analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during NPI and mass production. 7.Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to improve assembly yield, efficiency, and product reliability. 8.Validate and implement ECN/ECR for hardware and system-related changes. 9.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

1.Supplier Qualification & Audit Lead supplier assessment and qualification for SMT-related materials by conducting quality system audits and compliance verification. 2.Supplier Quality Performance Management Monitor supplier quality KPIs (PPM, OTD, NCR, SCAR), perform trend analysis, and drive continuous improvement plans. 3.Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis Partner with suppliers to execute root cause analysis (8D, 5Why, Fishbone) for defective or non-conforming materials, ensuring effective CAPA closure. 4.Supplier Development & Improvement Coach and develop key suppliers on process capability, quality systems, and risk prevention to stabilize PCBA quality performance. 5.Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering (SMT/EE/ME), Manufacturing, and NPI teams to align supplier quality with internal specifications and production needs. 6.Quality Documentation & Reporting Maintain audit reports, supplier scorecards, corrective action records, and quality documentation in alignment with internal procedures. 7.Compliance & Standards Management Ensure supplier materials, processes, and documentation comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, IPC, RoHS). 8.Management Scope（Manager Role） For managerial level, lead SQE team operations, resource planning, and supplier quality strategy deployment. 9.Other Assignments Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
