Responsibilities:  

Prospective candidate should have a strong interest in chromatin biology, gene regulation and/or functional genomics. We investigate how disease-associated mutations in chromatin regulators and histones disrupt gene regulation.

Qualification: 

1. PhD degree in a life-science field  

2. Strong background in molecular biology techniques and mammalian cell culture. Experience with genomics approaches is a plus but not required.  

3. Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 

Salary: Academia Sinica standards or above, starting from NTD 64,711 for candidates with PhD degree.

The lab launched in January 2026 and is supported by startup and core institutional funding. As a new lab, we are building our research program from the ground up, offering trainees a unique opportunity to shape the group’s scientific direction and lab culture. 2. 分析與確認分子結構（HPLC、LC-MS、NMR）。 

3. 胜肽設計、小分子合成與修飾（固相合成、純化、結構確認）。 

4. 協助開發可應用於蛋白聚集體偵測或降解的分子工具。 

5. 協助計劃執行以及數據整理分析。

1. 蛋白質表達與純化（含重組蛋白製備、Ni-NTA、SEC等系統）。 

2. 蛋白質修飾與結構特性分析。 

3. 蛋白質聚集與液態凝聚體實驗（fluorescence microscopy, FRAP, quantitative analysis）。 

4. 協助計劃執行以及數據整理分析。
