-Plan and execute integrated O+O marketing campaigns 

-Design promotional mechanics, campaign frameworks, and communication plans 

execution 

-Collaborate with Digital, Social, CRM, and PR teams to deliver integrated marketing communications 

Local Store Marketing & Brand Refresh 

·Lead local store marketing initiatives and support the execution of brand-refresh projects 

·Work with store construction, operations, and trading teams to enhance in-store activation and customer shopping experience 

·Identify key shopping pain points and propose actionable improvements based on customer insights 

Partnership & Business Development 

·Plan and execute bank/payment partner promotions and communication activities 

·Identify opportunities for cross-brand collaboration and new partnership initiatives 

·Monitor partnership performance and propose optimization actions 

·Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of partnership initiatives
