職責要求 

1.樣品生產管理:試產時程協調、備料、進度跟催及配送，量產前材料承認、放量授權等準備項目跟催。 

2.樣品管理:需求統計、生產寄送、分配管理(散佈、借用、歸還)追蹤。 

3.產品試量產相關系統作業: BOM、材料變更、PO 等 SAP、ePM、ISPD系統操作。 

4.配合專案處長及專案經理要求，處理專案相關事務。

職責要求 

01.實驗室政策之之推行及監督建立品質系統及相關之維持與修訂。 

02.管理試驗(測試)業務所需權責與資源，代表試驗實驗室對外界聯繫有關實驗室之相關事項。 

03.審查合約有關顧客之品質需求顧客品質訴願處理品質稽核與檢討結果之呈核、追蹤、管制和執行。 

04.不符合事項之跟催與管制失效及改正行動跟催。 

05.負責實驗室試驗作業程序之審核。 

06.依公司需求進行相關標準或非標準方法評估查證進行認證。 

07.制定實驗室部門人力及技術計畫&執行日常運作管理。 

08.督導下屬測試進展，協調平行相關部門工作職務。 

09.根據測試進展及下屬之處理事務的能力，對工程師進行管理、培育、考核。

職責要求 

1. Satellite Product Planning, Product Definition and realize Satellite Leading Product with Project Team. 

2. Project management and schedule tracking. 

3. Have Business Sense to communicate with Satellite Customers, Partners, or supplier directly. 

任職資格 

(I)Satellite communication 

Sat. launch, placed in orbit, communication with gateway stations, inter-satellite communication. 

(II) Satellite system design 

Project planning and management, modelling, simulation, Test and verification planning and execution. 

In-orbit operation and management. 

(III) Working knowledge in RF, 5G/B5G/6G, atmosphere, orbit mechanics. 

Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts on OEM/ODM business model, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks (Satellite Communication industry with high-volume devices is preferred).
