【此職缺為固定夜班不輪班，過往經歷俱夜班經驗尤佳】 

1. 確認管制計畫的實施 

2. 訂定品質檢驗SOP & checklist 

3. 收集內部品質相關之資料及產生報表 

4. 線上品質監控；異常時須採取行動並回報工程師 

5. 執行工程師交付之實驗及任務 

6. 品質異常之改善/預防對策與水平推廣之跟催與確認 

7. 協助重工流程撰寫

產品設計與開發： 

• 協調綠色產品的開發計畫，確保設計符合環保標準及公司可持續發展的目標。 

• 確保產品材料符合國際環境法規（如RoHS、REACH） 

供應商文件審核與合規管理： 

• 負責供應商文件的審核，包括環保合規聲明（如RoHS聲明、REACH證明）、材料規格書及測試報告的完整性與準確性。 

• 確保供應商材料符合公司及相關法規要求，對文件不合格或有疑慮的部分進行追蹤與溝通改進。 

首件材料承認檢驗： 

• 負責首件材料（First Article Inspection）的承認檢驗流程 

• 執行材料物性及化學性能測試（如SEM/EDS、FT-IR、GC-MS、XRF等），驗證材料是否符合環保和產品性能需求。 

材料資料庫的建立與維護： 

• 建立並維護材料資料庫，統一管理材料的環保合規資料（如化學成分、測試數據、認證記錄）。 

• 設計資料庫結構與標準化流程，確保數據準確性、可追溯性與可擴展性。 

• 提供材料數據支持，促進研發與供應鏈高效合作。 

儀器操作與數據分析： 

• 熟練操作材料與化學分析儀器（如SEM/EDS、FT-IR、GC-MS、XRF等），執行材料檢測與分析。 

• 設計並執行產品環保性能測試，解讀測試數據，提供決策支持。 

• 研究並掌握綠色產品的法規需求，並回應客戶對綠色產品的要求

1. 協助追蹤進料MRB異常處理與供應商對應。 

2. 分析來料異常數據，整理每日/每月報表。 

3. 更新檢驗規範與來料判定標準。 

4. 協助處理採購與技術單位的技術問題。 

5. 參與供應商品質稽核與報告資料準備。

1. Be responsible for the delivery of the Safety programs for GARMIN. 

2. To support the implementation of the SHE(ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 AEO) Management System in Taiwan and China. 

3. To conduct / coordinate SHE training. 

4. Management of hazardous substances or chemical. 

5. Abound Ergonomics management experience.

About the Role: 

We are looking for a driven Supplier Quality Engineer to take charge of our material and part quality, from early development all the way through mass production. In this role, you will partner closely with our suppliers to guarantee manufacturing process readiness, part maturity, and strict quality compliance. If you‘re great at finding ways to improve processes, running thorough audits, and solving tough supplier issues, this is your chance to make a real difference in how we build our products. 

Job Requirements: 

• Education: Master‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or Chemical Engineering. 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or QA/QC roles. 

• Material & Component Knowledge: Knowledge or experience with the following materials and components: plastic parts (injection molding, surface finishing), metal parts (machining, forging, stamping, die casting), electronic components, optical components (lenses, LCMs), or mechanical assemblies and structural parts. 

• Quality Systems: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and experience with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5 audits. 

• Audit Execution: Capable of planning, conducting, and following up on supplier audits and assessments. 

• Quality Tools: Proficient in using problem-solving frameworks such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA. 

• Language Skills: TOEIC score of 600 or above, with medium-level proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, including the ability to read and write basic technical documentation. 

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate across departments. 

• Work Style: Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets. 

Plus Points: 

• Experience working on New Product Introduction (NPI), part qualification, pre-production validation, or pilot run support. 

• Hands-on experience with supplier development and process audits. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence suppliers and drive quality improvements. 

• Knowledge of process control tools, such as the Turtle Diagram.
