Food Handler -Baker Assistant 西點餐廚助手

Job Summary: 

Wash cafeteria trays, utensils, etc. Ensure that all washed items meet our sanitary standards and are sufficient to always meet our operational needs. 

負責清洗餐廳托盤、餐具及其他餐飲設備，確保所有清潔後的用品符合食品衛生與安全標準，並維持足夠庫存，以支援餐飲服務之正常營運。 

Key Responsibilities: 

Complete kitchen work as per the instructions of our chefs and FSD management依餐廳部主管指示完成廚房相關工作。 

Ensure all utensils and trays are thoroughly cleaned each day. 確保餐具及托盤每日清潔。 

Maintain dishwashing machine; ensure dishwashing machine area is kept clean. 維護洗碗機設備，並保持洗碗機作業區域整潔。 

Rotate utility cart cleaning duties輪流負責工作推車之清潔工作。 

Assist with daily closing and cleaning duties in the snack bar. 協助小吃部每日打烊及清潔整理工作。 

Help wherever needed視營運需求提供其他支援與協助。  

Qualifications:  

High School graduate 高中畢業 

At least one year of restaurant experience至少一年相關餐飲工作經驗 

Native Mandarin speaker of Mandarin. Fluency in Taiwanese a plus流利國語溝通能力；如能流利使用台語者尤佳  

Knowledge and concept of sanitation具備餐飲衛生之相關知識 

Able to stand for long periods of time具備長時間站立作業的能力 

Hardworking, flexible, fast and accurate in completing designated work 工作認真、配合度高並能有效率的完成指派之任務 

Attention to detail, especially food quality and sanitation 能謹慎小心以確保食物之品質及衛生 

Work schedule: 

10:45AM to 17:15PM, inclusive 0.5 hour lunch break

Job Summary: 

Complete any assigned work, assist in snack production, wash utensils, and handle serving line/internal deliveries as assigned. Help wherever needed. 完成指派工作、協助點心製作、清洗器具並依指派執行餐點供餐線及內部配送工作,支援餐廳其他人員及區域之工作 

Responsibilities:

Prepare sandwiches and salads; assist with cutting fruit and vegetables準備三明治、沙拉製作並切蔬菜水果 

Wash kitchen utensils清洗廚房器具 

Support food service area setup, restocking, and cleanup. Assemble lunches and manage internal/catering deliveries and returns as assigned.協助餐飲服務區的設置、補貨及清潔整理工作。負責餐點準備，並依指派執行內部配送、外燴餐點配送及回收作業

Requirements:  

High School graduate 高中畢業 

At least one year of restaurant experience 具備至少一年以上之餐飲相關工作經驗 

Ability to read basic English will be a plus 具備基本英語閱讀能力者為佳 

Class C Technician Certificate for Chinese or Western Cuisine Cookery 具丙級中餐或西餐烹調技術士證照 

Knowledge and concept of sanitation 具備餐飲衛生之相關知識

Qualifications:

- Cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation 烹飪技巧與食物準備知識

Job Summary: 

Preparing baked goods, collaborating with the baking team to ensure smooth operation, and ensuring all baked goods meet quality standards and safety regulations. Additionally, responsible for providing baking instructions to assist with assistant’s operations, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and implementing food safety measures. 

準備烘焙食材，並與烘焙團隊協力合作完成作業流程，以確保烘焙品項皆能達到一定品質及衛生標準。另外，西點師傅需負責指導西點餐廚助手作業流程以確保廚房之清潔及達到食安標準。 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare baked goods to ensure an adequate supply is available for food service.準備烘焙品項以確保現場供應之足額數量 

• Collaborate to ensure smooth operation of our baking team. 

與烘焙團隊協力合作以確保供應線之順暢 

• Collaborate with the pizza bar team members and provide clear work instructions to baking assistants to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery. 與pizza團隊合作並提供西點餐廚助手作業流程指導以確保烘焙團隊之作業流程順暢 

• Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols; monitor production quantities to reduce food waste.確保遵守食品安全規範，並注意生產數量以減少食物浪費 

• Handle catering orders for baked goods, ensuring customers are served according to their orders. 處理烘焙食品的餐飲訂單，確保訂單完成

Qualifications:  

• Min. three years high-volume baking experience, High School

• Class C Technician Certificate for Baking 具丙級烘焙西點蛋糕證照  

• Extensive baking knowledge 具備豐富的烘焙知識
