The User Experience department at Garmin includes Product Designers, User Interface Designers, and Content Designers. We integrate hardware products, software services, and core technologies to blend logical thinking with creative exploration. Together, we identify needs, propose innovative product concepts, and craft exceptional user experiences that address challenges across diverse scenarios. Our designs aim to enrich lives through intuitive, practical, and delightful solutions.  

As a UI Designer, you will focus on user experience and product strategy, engaging in every stage of the design process—from competitor research and style definition to detailed design and development. ▶ Responsibilities  

1. Collaborate effectively across countries, time zones, and teams based on project requirements.  

2. Propose optimal solutions that align with both hardware and software needs.  

3. Analyze design trends and strategies of competing products.  

4. Define visual styles and design directions based on product strategies, project requirements, and data.  

5. Utilize research methods to evaluate design performance and propose improvement directions.

1. Strong English communication and comprehension skills (speaking, reading, and writing).  

2. Excellent visual design skills with the ability to adapt to various design styles.  

3. Exceptional presentation skills and structured communication, expression, and logical thinking abilities.  

4. Ability to analyze and interpret design trends and styles of competing products.  

5. Proactive problem-solving skills, including identifying, addressing, and resolving issues.
