職責要求 

1. 開發新供應商、新產品 and 新客戶 (台灣&亞洲) - 先進封裝材料 

2. 規劃及運作跨單位業務合作專案。 

3. 負責專案報價、成本分析，促成交易。 

4. 需配合專案需求短期出差，可獨立作業。 

5. 負責帶領團隊為客戶提供優質服務及問題解決方案，圓滿達成客戶滿意度。 

任職資格 

1. 熟悉半導體先進封裝材料市場 (包含亞洲市場) 

2. 具備開發半導體供應商與銷售客戶經驗 (新供應商產品代理權) 

3. 半導體先進封裝材料相關產品銷售 

4. 團隊管理，引導新供應商項目&市場開發能力。

職責要求 

• Provide product education and training process for the sales team to assist in planning and execution 

• Conduct market research to determine market demand for existing and future products 

• Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information 

• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products 

• Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms 

• Manage productivity of marketing programs and projects 

• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results 

• Regular meetings with North American sales and operations 

• According to the group group’s business strategy, formulate marketing development goals and plan annual sales plans 

• Need s to due to nature of us import and export company, 25％ traveling might be required for trade shows and company meetings. 

• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders
