Key Responsibilities: 

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the regional division, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards and regulations. 

• Client Relations: Engaging with target clients, such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors, ensuring satisfaction and working closely with them to tailor solutions to their needs. 

• Business Development: Develop strategic relationships with distributors, architects, and contractors to drive market share and enhance brand reputation. 

• Sales Management: Lead sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. 

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across operations, sales, and customer service. 

• Decision Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, particularly in market positioning, pricing, and operational efficiency.
