職責要求 

1.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure that the company‘s financial resources are used efficiently and effectively 

2.Manage the company‘s financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management 

3.Oversee the accounting functions of the company, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, both for HQ and all subsidiary entities 

4.Monitor and manage the company‘s financial risks, including foreign exchange risks, in line with the company‘s risk management policies and procedures 

5.Drive the company‘s growth and profitability through strategic financial planning, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships 

6.Provide financial advice and guidance to the CEO and other members of the senior leadership team 

7.Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure that financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives 

8.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial service providers 

任職資格 

1.Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master‘s degree preferred 

2.At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a global company 

3.Experience managing teams of financial professionals in a complex and dynamic environment 

4.Proven track record of success in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, as well as risk management and compliance 

5.Strong understanding of international finance, including foreign exchange risks and management, as well as experience working with subsidiaries in multiple countries 

6.Experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships 

7.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders 

8.Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP, accounting software, and financial modeling tools 

9.Professional certification, such as CPA or CFA, is a plus.
