1. Attend and coordinate quayside operations based on customer requirements. 

前往港區或貨物裝卸現場 進行現場作業視查,協調與溝通 

2. Assist with customs inspections of quayside cargo. 

協助港區海關貨物查驗相關作業 

3. Provide customers with updates on shipment status. 

貨物追蹤與更新 

4. Maintain record of quayside operation tasks. 

港區現場作業紀錄維護與回報 

5. Provide logistics support as assigned by supervisors.

Your main responsibilities will be:  

- Take leadership for logistics operation and closely coordinate with team members to ensure smooth process and quality solution proposals to customers. 

- Support on commercial activities by setting up meetings with customers, suppliers and customs authority at the project planning stage and throughout project as required. 

- Managing and preparing logistics RFI/RFP/RFQ  

- Being point of contact answering customers questions by phone, email 

- Maintain good relationship with key carriers and local transportation suppliers 

- Support onsite activities if required  

- Ensure project compliance to local regulations  

To succeed in this role, you: 

- Have at least 6 years experience in logistics  

具備國際物流經驗: 至少6年 

- Have experience in handling offshore windfarm project or project cargo 

有經驗處理離案風電船貨物或專案 

- Excellent communication skills and team spirit 

具備良好溝通能力 並 能與團隊合作分工 

- Structure and organized working style 

有系統條理性的工作方式 

- Project planning, management and reporting  

善於安排專案計劃 管理 並定期匯報  

- Able to communicate in both Traditional Chinese and English, especially communicate with foreigners directly  

具備中英文溝通能力, 能直接與外國客人溝通 

- Able to work independently but also as a team player  

能獨立作業, 也能與團隊相互合作 

- Customs experience is a plus ! 

有報關證照或相關經驗為優

Your main responsibilities will be:  

- Support shipping operations activities, close contact with shipowners/ masters and coordination with local agent, suppliers, to carry out the required tasks in timely manner 

- Responsible for follow up with project development of OWF project 

- Being point of contact answering customers questions by phone, email 

- Attending to meetings with clients, subcontractors, internal departments  

- Support onsite activities if required  

- Ensure project compliance to local regulations  

- Issue PDA and cost estimation 

To succeed in this role, you: 

- Have at least 3 years experience in Taiwan ports (preferably Taichung port) 

具備台中港船務代理經驗: 至少3年 

- Have experience in handling Foreign offshore windfarm vessel, breakbulk vessel, LNG vessel or other foreign vessel  

有經驗處理離案風電船之案子或處理過其他國外工作船,散裝船, LNG船為優先 

- Excellent communication skills and team spirit

1.製作及核對出口報關資料與文件。 

2.聯絡公司工廠、船公司和海關，進行通關作業等必要之聯絡事項。 

3.出貨交期確認、排船、簽 S\O、文件檢查等聯絡事項。 

4.處理主管交代協調事務。

．具備進口報關實務經驗 

．熟悉Excel、Word、Mail往來書信作業 

．態度熱誠、適應環境優良者優先
