    Responsibilities  

     

    GCM Asia Project Coordination (40%) 

    • Maintain and manage the Adobe Workfront system for the GCM Asia team 

    • Collaborate with project owners to ensure all Asia projects are accurately entered and regularly updated in Workfront. 

    • Serve as the regional point of contact for Workfront-related workflows and issues, liaising with the US team as needed. 

    • Support the coordination of the GCM Asia Editorial Calendar and ensure alignment with Workfront records. 

     

    Asia Event Support (40%) 

    • Assist the Asia Event Lead in planning and executing events in Asia, including trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other activations. 

    • Prepare detailed event proposals and support pre-event briefings and progress tracking. 

    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Asia and the US to ensure timely delivery of event assets. 

    • Support event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, venue arrangements, decoration, catering, and giveaways…etc.  

    • Perform other-event relevant tasks as assigned. 

     

    Administrative Support (20%) 

    • Assist with budget and expense processes, including submitting financial requests and coordinating with US counterparts to ensure timely processing of invoices. 

    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. 

     

    Required skills:  

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English  

    • With a growth mindset in implementing new ideas and initiatives 

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail  

    • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment 

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 

    • Capable of managing cross-functions and cross-region communications with internal and external stakeholders 

    • Proactive in learning new tools and systems  

    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills  

    • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
