Are you passionate about cutting-edge semiconductor technology and high-resolution imaging? Join our team to develop next-generation X-ray nano-imaging systems! 

Take part in developing X-ray nano-imaging systems used for inspecting advanced semiconductor manufacturing and packaging processes. You’ll be involved in both the planning and hands-on development stages. 

Create techniques to detect tiny defects in semiconductor devices by using X-ray diffraction and image reconstruction algorithms. 

Work on the design and setup of optical systems, including planning the light paths and testing optoelectronic components. You‘ll also prepare technical reports and share your findings. 

Help mentor junior team members by sharing your knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the team and promotion of X-ray inspection technology across projects.

1.Development of precision mechanical length measurement and metrology technology. 

2.Development of geometric error analysis, measurement technology, and algorithms for machine tools. 

3.Execution of length calibration/testing operations.

1. R&D and integration of force/torque sensor technologies, mechanical measurement systems, and mechanics-related standards technologies. 

2. R&D on vacuum measurement technologies, and measurement systems integration.

一、質量校正與測試工作執行： 

1. 法碼校正  

2. 系統維護: 定期進行系統查核確保系統正常運作。  

二、力量感測系統之研發與整合： 

1. 參與力量感測系統硬體電路設計與製作。  

2. 進行力量感測系統軟體開發與整合。  

3. 進行力學領域相關技術研究，如壓力、應力、扭力等。

維持國家電量標準，成為頂尖技術團隊的夥伴！ 工作項目包括：  

1. 協助維持國家級電量校正系統運作，以及系統精進改良研究。  

2. 研提電量應用技術之前瞻研究計畫。  

3. 協助爭取及執行工服計畫案。
