You’ll be a core part of redefining health services — from brand promotion to customer engagement, success lies in creating real value. 

How You Grow 

・完整門市營運訓練：顧客服務、商品管理、售後關懷 

・定期內訓：聽力基礎、助聽器結構、銷售流程、客訴技巧 

・明確職涯路徑：主任、儲備主管、產品顧問、客戶關係管理師 

・制度化培訓、透明升遷與跨部門交流 

・Comprehensive training in store operations: customer service, inventory management, after-sales care 

・Regular internal training: hearing fundamentals, hearing aid structures, sales simulations, complaint handling 

・Clear career path: Store Supervisor, Management Trainee, Product Consultant, Customer Relationship Manager 

・Structured training, transparent promotion system, and cross-functional learning opportunities 

Things You Will Do 

・協助顧客預約、接待與現場支持 

・商品備貨、盤點、行政事務 

・助聽器清潔、除濕與簡易故障排除 

・支援試戴體驗、售後追蹤與回訪 

・Assist with customer appointments, reception, and in-store support 

・Handle inventory preparation, stocktaking, and store administrative tasks 

・Perform hearing aid cleaning, dehumidification, and basic troubleshooting 

・Support trial fittings, after-sales follow-ups, and customer return visits 

What We‘re Looking for on Your Resume 

・細心耐心，能觀察需求 

・親和力與良好溝通能力 

・對健康照護有興趣，願持續學習 

・具責任感與應變力 

・熟悉文書操作，具庫存管理經驗佳 

・Patient and detail-oriented, able to observe customer needs 

・Friendly with strong communication skills 

・Interested in healthcare, eager to learn 

・Responsible, adaptable, able to handle changing situations 

・Proficient in office software; inventory management experience preferred
