Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Coordination
• Manage and coordinate marketing-related projects including campaign assets, product launch materials, and marketing content deliverables
• Plan project timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align project priorities and execution plans
Marketing Asset Production Coordination
• Coordinate the production and localization of marketing assets such as website content, campaign materials, and design deliverables
• Work with design teams and regional teams to ensure asset requirements are clearly defined and delivered on time
Cross-Regional Communication
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams across multiple markets to consolidate feedback and align project execution
• Serve as a communication bridge between global (US/ EMEA) teams and regional stakeholders
Workflow Structuring & Process Improvement
• Structure project workflows when processes are not clearly defined
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Help develop scalable workflows for recurring marketing operations
Risk Management & Problem Solving
• Identify project risks and dependencies early and propose solutions
• Ensure key priorities are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or related roles
• Experience coordinating marketing asset production (e.g., marketing materials, website content, or design deliverables)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Strong structured thinking with the ability to organize complex information into clear workflows
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, design, and HQ/EMEA teams
• Professional English communication skills, as the role involves daily coordination with global and regional teams
• Hands-on experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar tools)
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive projects forward independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with marketing or product launch projects

We are seeking passionate and motivated professional to join our Product Management team at Garmin’s Asia headquarter in Taiwan. You’ll be working closely with Garmin consumer segment leaderships, engineering, sales marketing and cross-function teams to assist and drive our product planning and strategy with a goal for the innovation and differentiators to ultimately become products and features that our customers cannot live without.
Under the supervision of Management or a Mentor, the Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the definition of new products and features by providing market research, profitability analysis, voice of customer information, and competitive analysis in a team-oriented environment. The Product Manager will focus on the product skills, Garmin values, and customer needs required to eventually become a Senior Product Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Development and Management.
• Develop and demonstrate product and feature management skills.
• Understand customer expectations through hands-on usage and observations in real world situations.
• Set compelling product goals aligned with Segment values and vision, resulting in a superior product experience that answers the questions 〝Why Garmin〝 and 〝Why This Product〝.
• Identify essential features for a differentiated and superior product, and discern/reject overburdened or irrelevant features and products.
• Develop voice-of-the-customer skills through market research, competitive analysis, and customer interactions.
2. Collaboration and Planning with cross-function teams
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Segments on scope of work and product tradeoffs.
• Assist in preparing product documents (roadmap, concept, development plan and key requirements)
• Coordinate market research for end-user feedback.
• Assist the product marketing team with marketing and communication plans.
3. Applying Business and Financial Skills throughout lifecycle phases
• Develop and demonstrate product management business skills.
• Become proficient in understanding/managing various lifecycle phases: roadmap, concept, development, production and end of life in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
• Become proficient in product cost and gross margin computations and in evaluating opportunity cost.
• Monitor and maximize product gross margins over the life of the product.
