職務內容: 

- Participates in the assessment of health care needs of individual team members as well as population based needs assessments by departments directed toward the promotion, protection, and restoration of health within the context of a safe and healthy work environment.  

- Participates in the consultation, education, interpretation and implementation of all state, federal, and OHS regulations and guidelines governing worker health and safety.  

- Participates in the collaboration of physicians, manufacturing managers, safety and other appropriate colleagues to identify and problem-solve medical/health concerns, safety and hazardous conditions, and return to work programs.  

- Job functions include but are not limited to: OSHA required health surveillance programs, case management and worker‘s compensation management, health education and promotion, and ergonomic evaluations.  

- Provides input into program specific policies and procedures.  

- Participates in the preparation of statistical review, analysis, and reporting to management or program lead on above stated programs.

1. 參與員工個人及部門層級的健康需求評估，促進、保護與恢復員工健康 

2. 協助解讀、教育與執行各項州法、聯邦法及職業安全衛生（OSHA／OHS）相關法規與指引 

3. 與醫師、製造部門主管、安全人員及其他相關同仁合作，共同解決醫療、健康、安全與危害暴露問題 

4. 參與復工（Return to Work）計畫與相關健康管理 

5. 執行並管理以下項目： 

- OSHA 規定之健康監測計畫 

- 個案管理與勞工補償（Worker’s Compensation）管理 

- 健康教育與健康促進活動 

- 人體工學評估（Ergonomic Evaluation） 

- 提供專案相關政策與流程的建議與意見 

- 參與數據蒐集、統計分析與報告撰寫，向管理階層或專案負責人回報成果
