採購人員

1. 出貨業務：  

負責工廠端貨物進度跟催。 

2. 配送業務處理：  

車輛安排調度。 

3. 送貨資料處理：  

送貨單系統、派車單等資料建檔及管理。 

4. 相關部門溝通：  

與相關部門溝通合作，解決出貨問題及確保時效性。 

5. 主管交辦事項：  

完成主管指派的其他任務。 

6. 具良好溝通協調能力及團隊合作態度。 

1. Shipping Operations: 

Responsible for tracking and following up on factory shipment progress.  

2. Delivery Operations Management: 

Coordinate and schedule vehicle dispatch.  

3. Delivery Data Processing: 

Maintain and manage records for delivery orders, dispatch sheets, and related documents.  

4. Interdepartmental Communication: 

Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely deliveries.  

5. Tasks Assigned by Supervisors: 

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.  

6. Strong communication, coordination skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
