    職責要求  

    - Work closely with senior management in reviewing company-wide people practices.  

    - Formulate people and organizational strategies across multiple areas of talent acquisition / development, organisational development / culture, performance management, compensation and benefits and so on.  

    - Design new people systems, programs and practices to support the strategic growth of the company. Review and make improvements to existing policies and processes.  

    - Engage business leaders to identify critical issues, and carry out hands-on implementation of customized solutions.  

    - Conduct people analytics to support management decision-making.  

    - Research latest industry benchmarks and best practices in people strategy and operations, as well as organizational development.  

     

    任職資格  

    - Bachelor’s degree from universities. Master degree is a plus.  

    - 4 – 8 years’ experience in a regional HR generalist role; previous experience in HR consulting or HR strategy planning.  

    - Experienced in designing methodologies and frameworks to analyze people problems and develop recommendations for action.  

    - Proven capabilities in strategic thinking, critical thinking, qualitative and data analysis, communication and stakeholder management.  

    - Experienced in handling complex and scalable HR projects.  

    - Self-starter, resourceful, flexible and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

    - Fluent in both English and Chinese.  

    - Experience in total rewards (e.g. compensation, salary structure) design and planning is a strong plus.

    職責要求 

    - Conducting annual training and development needs assessment. 

    - Liaising with management team and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs 

    - Administering recruitment cost, L&D spending against the budget. 

    - Obtaining and developing effective L&D materials. 

    - Planning, organizing and ordering supplies for employee recruitment, L&D events. 

    - Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. 

    - Structuring job grade system and developing relevant docs / procedures (including JD, compensation, promotion and succession plans etc). 

    - Conducting job evaluation surveys / implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes. 

    - Handling of the staff complaint cases, speak out cases of indirect / office staff (for direct staff will jointly work with BU). 

    - Working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff. 

    - Performing additional duties as assigned by line managers. 

     

    任職資格 

    - Ability to design and implement effective training and developments. 

    - Experienced in building up the JOB GRADE system; connecting with individual L&D plans. 

    - Excellent organizational and timeline management skills and attention to detail. 

    - Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. 

    - Familiar with the usage of Office / Google drive environment . 

    - Strong presentation / teaching and coaching skills. 

    - Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
