我們正在尋找一位具備高度執行力與策略視野的物流中心經理，全面負責實體與電商物流中心的營運與管理。此職位將在集團供應鏈中扮演關鍵角色，帶領團隊推動流程優化、系統升級及專案落地，打造高效率與高品質的倉儲服務，支持公司業務快速成長。 

1. Lead day-to-day operations and administration for both DC and eDC, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and productivity 

2. Drive and manage cross-functional projects with effective communication and resource alignment, delivering results on time and within scope 

3. Continuously identify and implement process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness 

4. Build and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
