⭐工作內容: 

Describe the consultant role: 

The position is responsible for ETF project tasks within Operation Department in ABITL. 

Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the consultant will support: 

Core application: Jira (Tickets requirement), ERP (Holding recon), ACE (ETF dashboard) 

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

1.Leverage various tools to manage ETF data reconciliations between vendors and AB. 

2.Assist in MOPS reporting for ETF. 

3.Monitor disclosed data for TW ETF. 

4.Co-work with vendors for ETF launches, including iNAV release time and market prices. 

5.Support the development proves with the AB Global teams on LP API  

6.Support AB Global teams on ETF dashboard implementation. 

7.Assist with other ETF projects as needed.

Experience, and Education: 

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business related that provides an understanding in financial.  

markets. Minimum 3 years ETF operation experience in an Asset Management Firm. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

1) Strong attention to detail and logical thinking. 

2) Ability to analyze specifications effectively. 

3) Proficient in VBA programming. 

4) Able to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills; capable of working hard and working smart. 

5) Strong problem‑solving skills. 

6) Possesses a strong compliance mindset. 

7) Familiar with local regulations. 

8) Excellent communication skills in English. 

9) Strong sense of responsibility, with good analytical and interpersonal skills. 

10) Holds a SITCA license.
