1) Sustain production manufacturing, responsible for integrated yield 

2) Manage OSAT to oversee assembly and test production flow 

3) Daily manage production hold lot disposition 

4) Driving improvement of production yield and test time through CIP

1. Overseeing the integration of all supply chain activities, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality 

2. Leading cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks 

3. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize constrain MP supply and flow 

4. Ensuring on-time delivery of mass production, materials and components to support project verification and qualification 

5. Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to ensure product manufacturability 

6. Continuously monitoring and improving supply chain performance metrics
