[ About the Role ] 

We‘re seeking a high-potential Finance Manager to join team and oversee finance operations for one of key factories in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic thinker ready to take on significant responsibility in an international environment. 

*The official job title will be decided following a thorough internal evaluation.  

[ Key Responsibilities ] 

• Financial Management: Lead all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. 

• Local Tax Management: Ensure full compliance with all local tax regulations, including business tax, corporate income tax, and all necessary tax filings. 

• Business Partnership: Serve as a key business partner to local leadership, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to support business goals. 

• Internal Controls & Risk Management: Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets. 

• Leadership: Lead and mentor the local finance team, fostering a culture of professional excellence and collaboration.

1. 制定並執行財務策略，包含財務規劃、預算編列及資金運用分析。  

2. 編制財務報表，執行成本分析，確保財務帳目準確及符合報導要求。  

3. 熟悉稅務申報流程，並確保公司符合相關稅務法規，提升公司稅務效益。  

4. 應用ERP系統管理財務數據，運用Excel進行數據分析及報表設計。  

5. 熟稔製造業之成本分析

* 知名品牌運動鞋代工廠, 北越擴編三個新廠新增財會主管職缺3個 

* 人才需求條件:  

1. 大學或碩士畢, 英文聽說讀寫中等, 有會計系統使用經驗, 具管理職經驗, 可長期派駐北越 

2. 具備良好的溝通協調能力，擅長團隊合作。  

3.工作態度積極主動、細心、邏輯分析力強，具問題解決及危機處理能力。 

* 工作職掌:  

1. 規劃及檢討公司會計作業流程，並覆核各項會計作業，以符合財會及稅務之規定。  

2. 定期核閱財務報表，並針對異常項目進行分析檢討。  

3. 解決並督導關係企業帳務處理及覆核其財務報表。  

4. 檢討每月各營運單位之營運結果、預算執行績效報告。  

5. 提供並分析其他管理決策所需之管理會計資訊。  

6. 熟悉越南當地稅務以及相關財務法令。
