-About Material & Failure Analysis Engineer:  

材料與失效分析工程師是確保產品品質與耐用度的核心守門員。從新材料的導入驗證、產線的異常排除，到客戶端的失效分析，都需要透過精密的儀器與嚴謹的邏輯來找出問題的根本原因 (Root Cause)。你將與研發團隊緊密合作，透過科學數據提升產品的可靠度，是打造優良使用者體驗不可或缺的幕後推手！ 

工作內容包含： 

1. 精密樣品製備與儀器操作：獨立執行機械研磨拋光 (Cross-section) 進行樣品製備（具備 CP 離子束研磨經驗者佳），並熟練操作 SEM (掃描式電子顯微鏡)、OM (光學顯微鏡) 及 X-Ray 來檢測電子元件結構與焊點品質。 

2. 失效分析 (FA) 與異常排除： 針對客戶退貨 (RMA) 及生產線上的不良品進行失效分析，撰寫技術報告以釐清真因，並協助跨部門團隊制定改善對策。 

3. 研發支援與材料評估：支援 R&D 團隊進行新材料的物理與化學特性評估，特別是針對系統組裝用的無機材料（如：電鍍，金屬機構件，陽極處理，材料機械特性……等）進行分析與驗證。 

4. 品質標準建立與驗證：執行材料檢驗計畫以確認供應商品質，協助制定檢驗標準 (SIP) 並維護實驗室標準作業程序 (SOP)。 

5. 可靠度測試與數據分析：依據客戶或產品需求執行老化與可靠度實驗（如：高溫儲存 HTS、溫度循環 TCT），並收集實驗數據進行統計分析，持續追蹤材料性能。

-About Product Compliance & Verification Engineer: 「確保公司產品符合全球法規規範」是此職位的核心使命。 您將是公司內部的「法規導航員」與「品質守門員」。工作範疇從最前端的法規監測 (C2P)，到中段的供應鏈資料審核 (GDM)，再到最終實體的首件承認 (FAI)，您需建立一套完整的合規防護網，確保我們的產品在設計、用料與製造上，皆完全符合銷售國家的法律與環保要求。 

工作內容包含： 

1. 全球產品法規遵從策略 (Regulatory Compliance Strategy)： 

o 透過 C2P (Compliance-to-Product) 平台即時監控國際法規變動（如 PFAS, RoHS, REACH, TSCA, Prop 65 等）。 

o 主導合規評估：分析新法規對現有產品線與供應鏈的衝擊，轉化為內部設計規範與採購標準，確保產品始終處於合規狀態。 

2. 綠色產品資料管理 (Green Data Management, GDM)： 

o 執行嚴格的物質管理流程，審核供應商提交的化學測試報告 (Test Report) 與物質成分宣告 (FMD)。 

o 建立並維護綠色資料庫，確保所有零件的材質證明文件皆齊全且有效，以備客戶稽核或海關查驗。 

3. 實體零件承認與驗證 (Physical Verification & FAI)： 

o 執行新零件的首件承認 (First Article Inspection)，依據幾何圖面 (GD&T) 驗證實物尺寸、外觀與功能。 

o 確保「實體零件」與「系統資料」的一致性，防止因製造變異導致的違規風險。 

4. 法規風險排除與供應鏈輔導： 

o 當法規更新導致現有材料「違規」時（例如新增禁用物質），立即啟動替代料搜尋與驗證計畫。 

o 輔導供應商提升法規認知，要求其簽署合規保證書，並持續追蹤其改善進度。 

5. 客戶合規需求回應： 

o 針對客戶提出的特殊環保規範或衝突礦產 (CMRT/EMRT) 調查，提供準確的合規聲明與證明文件。

About the Role: 

We are looking for a driven Supplier Quality Engineer to take charge of our material and part quality, from early development all the way through mass production. In this role, you will partner closely with our suppliers to guarantee manufacturing process readiness, part maturity, and strict quality compliance. If you‘re great at finding ways to improve processes, running thorough audits, and solving tough supplier issues, this is your chance to make a real difference in how we build our products. 

Job Requirements: 

• Education: Master‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or Chemical Engineering. 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or QA/QS roles. 

• Material & Component Knowledge: Knowledge or experience with the following materials and components: plastic parts (injection molding, surface finishing), metal parts (machining, forging, stamping, die casting), electronic components, Display (AMOLED, TFT, LCM), optical components (lenses) or mechanical assemblies and structural parts, acoustic components. 

• Quality Systems: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and experience with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5 audits. 

• Audit Execution: Capable of planning, conducting, and following up on supplier audits and assessments. 

• Quality Tools: Proficient in using problem-solving frameworks such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA. 

• Language Skills: TOEIC score of 600 or above, with medium-level proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, including the ability to read and write basic technical documentation. 

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate across departments. 

• Work Style: Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets. 

Plus Points: 

• Experience working on New Product Introduction (NPI), part qualification, pre-production validation, or pilot run support. 

• Hands-on experience with supplier development and process audits. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence suppliers and drive quality improvements. 

• Knowledge of process control tools, such as the Turtle Diagram.
