Job Responsibilities 

1.Field marketing: Work closely with global franchisees to ensure marketing tasks can be executed thoroughly. The main major markets are Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, Canada, and the United States. 

2.Lead the planning and execution of global campaigns (e.g., brand anniversaries, IP collaborations, product launches). 

3.Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and are adaptable for local market needs. Analyzing data and reports to assess market trends and competitor activities in overseas markets.  

4.Developing and implementing sales strategies, including promoting products or services to customers through advertisements, events, or other forms of outreach. 

5.Conducting research on foreign markets to identify opportunities for expansion. 

6.Creating marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, or advertisements in foreign languages for use in international markets.  

7. Analyze the data and propose review insights along with optimization plans.
