1. 合併報表編製及IFRS財務報表整合,例行月/季損益結算及財務報表自編, 完成費用暫估及編製月結。 

2. 覆核會計帳務,以符合財會.稅務.財務報告之資訊蒐集與編製。 

3. 會計師查帳資料之整理與提供。 

4. 編製及分析各項帳務報表及管理報表。 

5. 彙總及編製公司年度預算。 

6. 審核有關各項費用支付之發票、單據及帳務處理。 

7. 審核廠商貨款或費用等應付款項帳務。 

8. 審核客戶應收款項帳務與其他一般會計帳務。 

9. 審核營業稅、營所稅等各項稅務作業。 

10. 提出各項財務相關作業流程改善建議或企業租稅規劃的評估。

We are at the forefront of the battery technology and currently in the process of enhancing our visibility to high-profile international institutional and strategic investors. We are looking for investor relations associates to assist our communication with shareholders and fundraising activities.  

This role will be based in Zhongli, Taoyuan. The day-to-day tasks involve desk research; preparation of investor materials; liaison with other functions; and conference calls and capital market events with shareholders and investors. Creativity, resourcefulness and meticulous attention to details are the desired qualities for this role.  

Our ideal candidate should have a university degree in finance/accounting or STEM (preferably chemistry and materials science related). We are open to candidates with different levels and types of work experience. International experience will be looked at favourably. Impeccable English is a must for this role.  

Native English speakers with a good command of Mandarin are welcome to apply.

Position Summary: 

We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations professional talent in supporting the company’s planned IPO in the U.S. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and executing IPO-related communications, working with Finance Department, supporting capital markets engagement and managing investor materials. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure a successful IPO and build a best-in-class investor relations function. 

Main jobs: 

-Preparation of IR materials, attending investor conference calls, contributing to PR communication 

-Creation and maintenance of financial models  

-Build and expand a network of buy side contacts in the US/EU/UK and Asia  

-Preparation of the materials for the Prospectus and regular financial releases  

-Liaising with Finance Department regarding the U.S. regulatory review and requirements 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; CPA or CFA is plus. 

At least 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or related field. 

Prior experience supporting a U.S. IPO or SEC disclosure process (e.g., Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q) is highly preferred. 

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to simplify complex financial and technical topics.
