Lead the company’s global HR strategy and oversee the planning, setup, and operational readiness of new offices, plants, and regional hubs, ensuring alignment of workplace environments and facilities with corporate strategy and HR policies. 

1. Global Talent Activation & Development 

(1) Lead global employer branding and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. 

(2) Design and implement talent development strategies, including talent review, performance management, and individual development plans. 

(3) Build global learning and leadership programs to strengthen leadership pipelines. 

2. Total Rewards & HR Analytics 

(1) Define and manage global compensation and benefits strategies for competitiveness and fairness. 

(2) Build and leverage a global HRIS and analytics platform for workforce planning and strategic decision-making. 

(3) Ensure data accuracy, governance, and visualization for operation excellence  

3. Global Site & Operations Oversight 

(1) Oversee planning, setup, and operational readiness of new offices, plants, and hubs. 

(2) Align workplace environments and facilities with business and HR strategy. 

(3) Define global operational standards to ensure scalable and compliant operations.

主要職責 

1.招募與人才策略 

•規劃並執行全公司招募策略，提升關鍵人才引進效率與品質。 

•建立人才管道與雇主品牌，協助公司在市場中吸引頂尖人才。 

2.HR 團隊重組與能力發展 

•重新檢視並設計 HR 團隊架構，明確分工並提升團隊效能。 

•規劃內部 HR 人員培訓藍圖，提升招募專業能力。 

3.人力資源管理：負責 HR模組(招募、組織發展)的制度建立與落實。
