收入稽核會進行飯店各部門的營收稽核工作，確保營收及營收分類正確入帳。另外需要負責應收帳款的餘額正確性，包含信用卡對沖帳、掛帳客戶即時出發票及收款等。 

1. 審核每日客房、餐飲及其他營運部門收入帳單、發票等憑證，確保收入認列金額、時點、完整性及分類正確。 

2. 確認收入折扣或贈送(HU/ENT/Comp等)是否經過適當的批准使用。 

3. 在日常稽核作業過程同時檢視確認PMS/POS等系統與SunSystem各系統帳務聯結正確。 

4. 每日及每月審核信用卡帳務。 

5. 確立應收帳款餘額及對象別，並即時沖銷帳款、定期追蹤帳齡、避免逾期。 

6. 審查房客總帳餘額，針對異常變動進行調查並調節。 

7. 確認會員相關之正確性並進行調節。 

8. 突擊盤點出納零用金及外幣兌換櫃檯。 

9. 準備每日營收摘要報告及每月收入結帳相關事宜。 

10. 彙整營業稅、營所稅等各項稅務申報作業資料。 

11. 配合國稅局查核及會計師查帳所需資料提供。 

12. 其他主管交辦事項。 

The Income Auditor is responsible for the verification and reporting of the hotel’s revenue by monitoring and recording all income and postings through a detailed daily audit and is also responsible for the accurate processing and posting of all payments and charges, ensuring prompt billing and collection of all accounts receivable items. 

1.Review daily guestroom, food and beverage, and other operating department revenue bills and invoices to ensure the accuracy, timing and completeness revenue posting, and proper classification of revenue recognition.

1. Manage accounts receivable: invoice issuance, posting, reconciliation, and collection. 

2. Handle customer account reconciliations and respond to invoice/payment inquiries. 

3. Assist with revenue recognition, credit notes, and invoice cancellations. 

4. Support monthly closing, AR aging analysis, and financial reporting. 

5. Assist with VAT filings and provide documentation for tax and audit purposes. 

6. Prepare AR and revenue reports to support budgeting and financial analysis. 

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

1. Review and process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, booking, and clearing. 

2. Conduct regular reconciliations with vendors and handle inquiries related to invoices and payments. 

3. Assist in month-end closing processes, including preparation of payable details and account balance reports. 

4. Perform accounts payable aging analysis and follow up on unbilled expenses at month-end. 

5. Support VAT reporting tasks, including input tax registration and reconciliation. 

6. Assist in providing required documentation for tax audits and external financial audits. 

7. Provide accounts payable and expense analysis reports to management to support budgeting and year-end closing. 

8. Perform other tasks as assigned.
