Crewing Operator - 船員操作員

Daily operation of agency services and supporting activities:  

• Coordinate crew changes and ad hoc services throughout the country.  

• Assist for reporting to local authorities, terminals, and clients.  

Follow up and coordination of goods from receipt to delivery, and acting towards given KPI`s: 

• Performing logistics services in accordance with Logistics SOP and WI`s 

• Ensuring quality response time and cost efficiency in all tasks. 

Supervise the quality of work of subcontractors 

• Manage the reservation of port services and the process of pre-arrival documentation between vessels, port/ terminal, and government authorities.  

日常運作代理服務及配套活動： 

• 協調全國各地的船員換班和臨時服務。 

• 協助向地方當局、終端和客戶報告。 

從收貨到交貨的貨物跟蹤和協調，並針對給定的 KPI 採取行動： 

• 根據物流 SOP 和 WI‘s 提供物流服務 

• 確保所有任務的質量回應時間和成本效率。 

監督下包商的工作品質 

• 管理船舶、港口/碼頭和政府機構之間的港口服務預訂和抵達前檔流程。
