工作內容：  

• Describe the consultant role: 

The position is responsible for Fund Administration tasks within Operation Department in ABITL. 

• Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the consultant will support: 

Core application: ACE (ETF dashboard) 

• The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

1. Perform fund administration functions, such as custodian account openings, NAV reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. 

2. Handle cash movement instructions with Custodians. 

3. Communicate with outsourced fund administrator regarding daily NAV issues. 

4. Resolve NAV issues with counterparties, custodians and related internal teams. 

5. Collaborate with internal teams on new fund/ETF/DIM account setups. 

6. Support investment teams by addressing inquiries related to fund/ETF/DIM accounts.

*本職缺為長期派遣職，一年一簽。 

負責稅務發票的開立與寄送，並提供內部與外部稽核支援。 

【工作內容】 

1. 維護 DataSun 主資料在 DataSun 中完成稅務發票/貸項通知單，並附上所需的支援文件 

（EX：客戶簽署的預算單、採購單、被轉嫁的第三方發票副本等）。 

2. 根據客戶帳單流程，將發票/貸項通知單及支援文件寄送給客戶。 

3. 跟進被退回的稅務發票/貸項通知單。 

4. 根據法規，將發票副本及相關支援文件歸檔，並符合保存規定。 

5. 應收帳款（AR）帳單憑證及附件的歸檔（需保留紙本與電子檔）。 

6. 協助財務團隊主管解答來自營運公司（OpCos）、SOX 或稽核的問題。 

7. 財務團隊主管分配的臨時任務。 

• DataSun master data maintenance . 

• Finalise the tax invoice/credit note in DataSun with required supporting documentation (e.g. signed Client estimate, PO, copies of third party invoices being recharged etc.) . 

• Dispatch to Client the invoice/credit note and supporting documentation according to the Client billing process. 

• Follow up on rejected tax invoice/credit note . 

• Archive tax invoice copy and supporting documents aligned to retention rules on hard copy invoices, depending on local legislation. 

• AR billing vouchers and attachments filing (both hardcopy and softcopy required). 

• Support Finance Team Lead to explain queries from OpCos, SOX and Audit • Ad-hoc task assigned by Finance Team Lead.
