We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs spanning data center and AI. This role is highly technical and requires a solid background in Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Science (CS) to effectively understand and address cross-functional technical issues and risks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and development timelines. 

2. Collaborate with internal cross engineering teams and external customers to drive project direction and manage risks. 

3. Influence and execute across cross-functional engineering and operations organizations, fostering effective communication and teamwork. 

4. Provide clear and focused project reporting to executives and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. 

5. Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful implementation. 

6. Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams and locations. 

7. Maintain strong organizational discipline and strategic thinking to achieve program goals.

1. Expertise in managing critical IP technologies for HPC, such as high-speed interface, SerDes, D2D, 2.5D/3D, HBM, and advanced node process technologies, with a strong understanding of market dynamics 

2. Investigate and analyze critical IP technology roadmaps, market trends and critical IP licensors business analysis as a basis to IP sourcing strategy forming 

3. Mastering the decision-making groups, processes, key persons and underlying information circulated within major IP licensors, and driving substantial influence on their roadmap planning following corporate strategy 

4. Leadership in collaborating with external partners, internal product marketing, internal engineers, business, financial and legal teams to proceed with on-target business negotiation and quality contract process management

4. 領導外部夥伴、內部產品行銷、內部工程、業務、財務及法務團隊的合作，完成符合技術合作目標之商務談判及合約管理

1. Managing the business engagement with major EDA partners, including the licensing of EDA software tools and IP, and purchasing EDA hardware tools. 

2. Leading external partners, internal engineering, business, and legal teams to collaborate and complete business negotiations and contract management that align with the company‘s business objectives. 

3. Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to conduct business analysis of key EDA licensors as a basis for the company‘s strategic planning.

–– has strong experience in project planning, issue tracking and risk management

Responsibilities: 

–– Closely work cross-functionally with project team as non-technical project manager to ensure project achieves its goal 

–– Perform Stage-Gate activities and Risk management and enforce adherence of PMO process/template for assigned projects 

–– Provide clear and frequent updates to line manager and senior stakeholders to facilitate high-level management 

–– Use data to support the decision-making process and help to improve project execution
