1. Identify and analyze critical market and technology trends to conduct MediaTek multimedia SoC product planning. 

2. Drive customer and 3rd party engagement, strategize, and implement product technology strategies, including vendor and ecosystem planning.

• 執行5G/B5G基帶算法設計，包括(但不限於)波束成形機制、校準方法、射頻暴露控制等。 • 進行機器學習/人工智慧算法研究，尋找系統性能優化的潛在應用。  

• 能夠在申請技術經理職位時指導初級工程師。  

• 能夠協調多地點運營並參加跨時區會議(優先考慮)。

1. Develop systematic methodology to alleviate design challenges, including FIP development, synthesis, DFT, physical implementation, sign-off, process what-if assessment, system performance evaluation, in advanced nodes or package.  

2. Closely work with foundry and EDA vendors to define innovative HPC, Chiplet design methodologies. 

3. Explore new circuit architecture, EDA features and define improvement direction from MTK product requirements.

1. Baseband algorithm development. 

2. Ethernet PHY system architecture and algorithm design.  

3. Communication system verification.  

4. Architecture/algorithm design for low-power and high-speed communication system.  

5. Digital signal processing of mixed-signal system.

2. 開發, 優化與維護 4G/5G Modem Simulator  

3. 開發, 優化與維護 4G/5G Modem 研發流程與驗證平台的 Tool Chain

協助電源管理晶片規格製定, 新 IP 開發規劃及產品驗證協助類比晶片IP開發, 驗證.

* Define and optimize SOC hardware architecture and associated software flows in aspects of system performance/power/area to improve MediaTek‘s product competitiveness. 

* Develop simulation and analysis platforms for performance/power/area analysis. 

* Work Loction : HsinChu, Taipei
