【TIOT產品企劃部】Senior Product Manager

This role is more than project management — it is a gateway to product management. 

You will be involved in the full EGM product development cycle, working closely with R&D and Product Managers, gaining hands-on experience and building the foundation to grow into a product role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Manage project schedules, resources, and risk control 

2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, sales) 

3. Ensure successful delivery from development to mass production 

4. Track progress and resolve issues proactively 

5. Support Product Managers on customer and product initiatives

1. Touch Panel PC product roadmap planning and NPI management  

2. Product specification definition  

3. Market trend analysis and research 

4. Maintain product BOM 

5. Cross Team working with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Region Office

As a Product Solution Manager specializing in Medical Applications, you will be the bridge between clinical needs and technical execution. You are expected to operate independently to identify market opportunities, design tailored solutions for complex medical scenarios, and lead the business development of Tier-1 medical device manufacturers and large-scale healthcare accounts. 

Key responsibilities :  

1. Strategic Solution Design: Analyze medical industry trends and clinical pain points to propose end-to-end solutions . Translate complex medical requirements into technical specifications for R&D teams. 

2. Key Account Development: Identify and penetrate Tier-1 medical device manufacturers (OEM/ODM) and large healthcare organizations.  

3. Independent Project Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for medical projects, including feasibility studies, customized design-in processes, and cross-functional resource orchestration . 

4. Consultative Technical Selling: Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings, delivering high-impact technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of our medical computing/AI solutions.

1. Project Lifecycle & Schedule Management 

Manage schedule for NPI, derivative, and customized projects for on-time milestone delivery. 

2. Material Readiness & Inventory Management 

Coordinate with Procurement and Planning teams for product and material availability. 

3. Cross-functional Stakeholder Coordination 

Liaise with R&D, SCM, PMC and Marketing teams for technical, production and marketing event executions. 

4. Risk Mitigation & Status Reporting 

Identify project risks and provide regular progress updates for project stability.
