化學儲槽區出現問題時發出訊號，確保流程正確運作，調查異常事件並通知第三方，主導外部控制。  

Being present at the Terminal and signal problems. Make sure procedures are worked out correctly. Investigate any incident and inform 3rd parties. Leading external controls.  

落實組織政策、行為、文化及環安衛相關法規（含配合政府機關申報）。  

Implementing policies, behavior, culture of SHRVK and laws from the government in the SHEQ working field. Write policies and procedures for operations including compliance with government reporting requirements.  

向各級主管建議環安衛事項。  

Advising about SHEQ elements towards Manager SHEQ, Operations Manager, Commercial Manager and Terminal Manager.  

安全管理程序規劃、執行及維護（含教育訓練）。  

Establish, implement and maintain processes needed for quality management system(including training).  

組織內普及客戶需求。  

Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.  

確保公司與環安衛相關法規發展保持同步。  

Keep the company abreast of legislative developments in the area of Safety, Health and Environment.  

相關法規修訂影響評估並研擬因應措施。  

Assess impact of legislative developments and propose actions to comply with them.  

確保所有作業符合法規要求，並採用環安衛政策、計劃和標準及組織政策。  

To ensure all activities are performed in full compliance with legislative requirements, adopted SHEQ policies, programs and standards & organizational policies.  

意外、事故或風險事件，必要時並啟動現場緊急計劃。  

Report any near misses, incidents, accidents or risks to supervisors, management or SHEQ according.
