• Ability to work independently yet possess good interpersonal skills to collaborate with any team members.  

• Clear understanding of the whole design process from conception through to completion of product 

• Ability to apply new trends and fabrications into designs that resonate with brand identity 

• Proficient skills in Adobe Illustrator to create mood boards, designs and technical sketches 

• Experienced in both menswear and womenswear, with strong understanding in construction and fit for each 

• Create production sketches and rendering detail oriented technical packages  

• Communicate with production team to ensure garments are constructed to meet design specifications and brand standards 

• Source fabrics and trims. Knowledge to work with various fabrications, experienced in performance fabrication is a plus 

• Good sense of priority and time management
