1.熟PCB/FPC生產製造流程  

2.具PCB/FPC生產管理,客服或品保相關經驗  

3.溝通協調談判能力強  

4.具品質規劃管理能力及品質異常處理能力  

5.人員管理及費用管控  

1．Bachelor degree or above; Engineering related is plus; meet ***’s qualified university list  

2．With over 8Y ICT industry sourcing working experience. Prefer NAS, Array (磁碟陣列產業相關).  

3．With over 8Y BU Head working experience in charge of New Vendor Development, Component Cost Negotiation, Vendor Management…  

4. Fluent communication in English  

1. Early procurement involvement of new product design  

2. Business negotiation with key component suppliers  

3. Drive for competitive BOM cost to meet given target  

4. Act as BU’s procurement manager  

5. Manage material readiness to support NPI and confirm material for mass-production
